MK Pillows uses the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology. This allows us to offer our clients a wide variety of printable garments and design color options. Besides it, high-quality inks are used to print MK pillows that will not allow them to fade for a long time if taken care of properly*.
However, in the case of Replacements and Returns, some of your questions will be answered below.
“When can I get Replacement of Materially defective or damaged Products?“
With respect to any materially defective or damaged Product, we will, in our sole discretion, either: (a) replace such Product (or the defective or damaged part of the Product) free of charge, or (b) refund the purchase price paid to us by the User along with the shipping fees corresponding to the defective or damaged Products.
– Clear picture of the damaged product should be sent to support@mkpillows.com
– We will proceed with the evaluation and send the Client further instructions on the case
– The product doesn’t need to be returned.
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all photos will be carefully inspected by our staff and at our sole discretion decided if the product is eligible to be replaced. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right to not issue a refund.
“Can I Editing or Cancel my purchase”
Once you have made an order, it might not be possible to edit or cancel it. If you want to change some parameters, delivery addresses, etc., please contact us as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis. You shall pay any taxes & duties related to the import of the purchased items.
“What happens if I’m simply not satisfied?”
We understand that you may not be satisfied with the product you have purchased.
In this case, a refund can be made in a period of 30 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If the period of 30 calendar days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- The product must be unused
- The product must not be damaged

“How to proceed to return a product?“
In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the address to where the item should be returned. Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

* Pillowcases can be machine-washed without bleach on a cold cycle, and they can be tumble-dried on low heat. They can’t be ironed or dry-cleaned. The pillow insert should only be hand-washed
